Primary purpose of the role
Responsible for generating revenue & profit targets as defined, by prospecting new clients, Up-selling and cross-selling digital services to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Identify new prospects and generate leads
Prepare pitch presentations and personally pitching to clients to acquire new business
Document project requirements and estimate the solution/services pricing plus delivery timelines along with vertical heads
Negotiating with the clients and closing the leads
Participating in and Leading brainstorms for New business opportunities
Work with the strategy team to develop proposals that speak to the client s needs, concerns, and objectives
Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly sales activity and performance reports
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements/facts/objectives and working through differences to a positive conclusion
Monitor Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business avenues and improve current offerings
Requirements
2-5 Years of Digital / Mainline Advertising Experience
Proficient with English and Hindi communication (written and spoken)
Excellent with pitch presentation skills
Socio-politically informed and up to date with pop culture
Experience in selling integrated digital marketing services (Consulting, Websites, E-Commerce, Apps, UI & UX, SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing etc.)
