Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Responsible for keeping a track of everything that is on-going on the project.
Create project delivery timelines after coordinating with the internal team and ensure that the working timeline is followed and everything is delivered as promised.
Coordinate well with the internal team and the clients to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently. (Timely feedbacks and client sign offs).
Involved in end-to-end coordination and execution with the internal design/tech/digital team as well as third party vendors.
Understanding the client s brief (and Documenting) and clearly conveying it to other team members.
Communicate with the clients and internal team to set up meetings, pitch dates, follow ups, and next steps.
The client servicing executive is expected to send minutes of the meetings after every call / meeting.
Expected to pitch and present the ideas and concepts well to the client along with the other team members.
Present weekly,monthly project delivery status reports to management and clients.
Identify opportunities and/or challenges in a business where Olio can provide solutions, identifying the unmet needs and goals of the clients that lead to better value for customers and higher financial value for Olio. Offer advice to clients on services and products.
The client servicing executive should be well versed in the billing processes of Olio.
Inspire repeat-business from clients.
Monitor and measure client satisfaction.
Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.
Develop relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals.
Requirements
2 to 5 years of client servicing/ project management experience advertising or digital agency set up.
Proficient with English and Hindi communication (written and spoken).
Able to handle delivery deadlines and client pressure.
Hands on experience in Office Suites Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms etc.
Good with presentations and concept pitching.
Understanding of branding and current digital media marketing functions.
General business acumen/ business.
High service orientation.
