Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery of services.
  • Understand client requirements, provide solutions, and ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Support in creating project proposals, reports, and updates.
  • Coordinate with the creative, production, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Handle routine client interactions, addressing queries and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Assist in brainstorming and implementing strategies to meet client objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or related roles in advertising or marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A team player with a proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
