Job Summary
Job Overview Position: Integration and Environment Management Specialist Responsibilities Environment Configuration: Set up and maintain multiple environments to support various stages of the software development life cycle. Integration Management: Monitor and manage integrations with both internal and external systems and platforms. Center of Excellence Coordination: Help establish an Integration Center of Excellence to facilitate training, best practices, and information sharing across organizations. Industry Standards Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current industry standards for enterprise software applications, focusing on installation, configuration, and support. Policy Development: Contribute to the development and documentation of corporate policies and procedures. Cloud and On-Premise Management: Manage cloud and on-premise environments following company security guidelines. System Updates: Perform regular platform updates and patches to ensure system stability and compliance with security protocols. Audits and Assessments: Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments. Automation Development: Create scripts or utilize automation tools to streamline environment refresh processes. Regular Refresh Scheduling: Schedule automated environment refreshes to maintain consistency and data integrity. Security Monitoring Configuration: Configure automated security monitoring tools to detect suspicious activities, unauthorized access attempts, and potential vulnerabilities. Data Protection Automation: Automate data masking processes in test environments to protect sensitive information and comply with data protection regulations. Required Skills & Experience Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the administration and maintenance of applications such as Salesforce, Boomi, or NetSuite. Salesforce Management: Expertise in managing Salesforce upgrades, refreshes, and ensuring successful integrations. Data Masking Solutions: Experience configuring and implementing data masking solutions compatible with Salesforce to protect sensitive data. Enhancement Identification: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Salesforce functionality and efficiency. Automation and Scripting: Proficient in automation and scripting tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab, Python, etc. Cloud Security Expertise: Utilize cloud security knowledge to implement and maintain security controls, monitoring, and compliance measures for cloud-based applications. Coaching and Development: Experience in coaching and developing individuals to enhance effectiveness, particularly in a geographically dispersed workforce. Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to learn and master unfamiliar technologies and concepts. Data Quality Oversight: Ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce. Documentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written technical documentation abilities.
