As a Salesforce Administrator at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Salesforce platform to support the company's sales and marketing initiatives. You will play a crucial role in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce to streamline business processes, enhance user experience, and drive overall efficiency. Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, data management, and customization of objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to meet business needs.
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce features such as reports, dashboards, workflows, process automation, and third-party integrations.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users, troubleshoot issues, and address system-related inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, best practices, and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements and new functionalities.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and limitations.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
  • Ability to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions to provide insights into business performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Qualification & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required; additional certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Salesforce Platform App Builder are preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams is a plus.
