Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle client tickets.
  • Able to identify the priority of the tickets and work on the same.
  • Timely reply to client queries/concerns/issues.
  • Provide RCA in case of application failure.

Qualification :
BSc. IT/BE/ B. Sci.
