Associate Business Analyst Job in O2h Group

Job description

• Own and develop relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
• Work with senior team members to carry out customer implementations and program enhancements
• Consult with project stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements
• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Participate in the implementation design, setup, and review processes
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the project team
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
• Proactively communicate key insights and findings from the performance to the relevant internal teams
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning and management discussions
• Lead meetings and set expectations for project teams

Job requirements

• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage relationships with internal and external collaborators

• Strong written communication skills including business technical writing and proofreading

• Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering & documentation (User stories, BRD, FRD, Flow Diagram etc.)

• Good understanding of React JS, Laravel, Android, iOS, AI, System engineering concepts and Big Data

• Well-versed with MS Suite including MS Excel, MS Doc, MS PowerPoint and related

• Hands on working experience with tools such as JIRA, Hubspot

• Practical knowledge of SDLC concepts and Agile methodologies

• Strong knowledge of modelling techniques and methods

• Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis and develop business cases

• Be highly motivated to initiate projects and work under aggressive deadlines

• Strong leadership skills; able to support and develop project teams

• Be highly organized with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment in a transparent and entrepreneurial culture

Education: Bachelors/Masters in Engineering (CE/IT/CS), Computer Science/Applications or other related discipline
