Nuventure is waiting for you! We are hiring Senior Technical Leads with a high passion for hands-on coding and talent in software development. This role is available to senior managers however, attitude trumps everything else.

Responsibilities:

• Write clean , well-designed code
• Produce detailed product specifications
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software to ensure high availability, strong optimization and functionality.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Follow industry best practices.
• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
• Discuss roadmap and feasibility of feature requests.
• Participate in peer review sessions to ensure code quality.
• Tackle technical challenges by thoughtfully leading collaborative efforts based on the teams strengths.
• Engage in architecture discussions to define the best course of action.

Qualifications:

Must Have

• Proven proficiency in PHP/Symfony + Javascript.
• Experience working in scrum teams and familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Self motivated and proactive.
• Advance proficiency in english capable of explaining complex concepts with clarity. Having experience interacting with stakeholders and customers is desirable.
• Vast knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services.
• Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.
• Experience releasing software to production in an iterative and painless way.
• Having successfully applied quality assurance processes throughout the software development life cycle, e.g. unit test, integration test, load testing, performance testing, among others.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of different languages/frameworks/architectures in different environments.
• Containerization (Docker, kubernetes)
• DevOps practices
