Tech Lead Embedded System Job in Gadgeon Systems Inc

To analyse, design, develop, validate and maintain embedded software/ firmware for Internet of Things devices.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Software design and development using C on SoCs (Arm Cortex-M series, TI MSP430, Freescale Kinetics, etc) based platforms.
• Consistently deliver high-quality services to our clients.
• Lead a team of software engineers to develop complex embedded applications
• Interact with clients to understand requirements and provide status updates.

Mandatory Skills

• 5 to 7 years of software development experience using C on SoCs (Arm Cortex-M series, TI MSP430,
• etc) based platforms in reputed Product/ Embedded software service companies
• Writing low level drivers for Peripherals/ Interfaces like UART, I2C, I2S, PWM, SPI/ QPI, flash, DMA
• Experience with one or more of OS like FreeRTOS, Contiki, LiteOS, TinyOS, CoOS, Micrium, Nucleus
• and bare-metal
• Experience with CMSIS, LwIP, uIP, uEz, Boot loaders
• Programming experience in C, Python
• Cross compilation tool chains (IAR, Keil, RVDS, Code Sourcery, Code Composer Studio, GCC)

Preferred Skills

• Cross platform development from both Windows and Linux environment
• Experience with Wifi or any other wireless stack
• Experience in developing Low power devices
• Experience in integrating devices with Mobile Apps and Cloud Applications
• Experience in TCP/IP, MQTT
• A working understanding of HW and board/schematics
• Good written and verbal communication skill in English
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, coupled with good attitude
• Able to multi-task, independent with good time management
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
