Job Title: Domestic / US IT Recruiter.

Location: Indore, MP

2nd shift: 6.30 pm - 3.30pm EST (US Staffing)

NucleusTeq is looking for a dynamic and passionate person who wants to explore the verticals of tech-recruitment.

Basic Requirements

• Willing to work in Night Shift.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Experience: 1 yr - 5 yrs
• Technical knowledge and awareness of the latest IT emerging technologies
• Must have exposure to complete life cycle of a contract, full time IT recruitment process, and end-to-end recruitment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications and skill sets as per client s requirements (US and Domestic Hiring)
• Should stay updated with Technical knowledge and awareness of the latest emerging IT technologies
• Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously

• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), .
• Should be well versed with terms used in US (like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.)
• Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
• Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc., leading to joining post placement.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
