Job Summary
End-to-end Recruitment Responsible for Telephonic Screening, Short-listing, Interviewing, Organizing Whole Interview Cycle for the given requirements. Must be comfortable with 5-6 hrs of Telephonic interview screening. Getting involved in all types of hiring i.e. via (Portals, Social Media, Organizational hiring, Campus Placements, Drives) "Minimum 1+ years of experience in Recruitment in any industry (IT Preferred). Excellent Verbal Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills and Convincing Skills. Aggressive, proactive and goal oriented.""Minimum 60% throughout in Academics Graduation in a relevant field."
