Roles & Responsibilities

The role is responsible to program, test, deploy and QA online quantitative market research surveys on ConfirmIT from a survey questionnaire. Specifically,

• Organizing and Analyzing survey questionnaire document
• Programing the survey in tools of Confirmit and Decipher
• Handle testing and programming debugging
• Apply scripting in Javascript etc. to build custom features that the tool does not enable by default
• Testing of surveys (RDG and manual)
• Cross-browser and access screen-types testing
• Manage complete process: programming, custom setup (jQuery/HTML5), quota setup, language layover, QA, link testing, end links integration, debugging & live link setup
• Onsite Team Engagement: Work with Onsite SP Manager / SP team to plan work schedules
• SLA management: quality metrics, productivity metrics, timely deliveries
• Work allocation to balance peaks and toughs of work volume, shift Management and shift handover
• Track, monitor and report on all key delivery & team metrics
• Troubleshoot high complexity projects. Be a mentor & subject matter expert to team members
• Manage all documentation & change logs
• Drive automation, processes & tools to build efficiency
• Train and mentor young talent to scale up the team; Upskilling and ongoing training
• For Senior level, experience in Conjoint, Max-Diff, Segmentation studies
