Job Summary
Job Description:
- In depth knowledge of Market Research.
- Minimum 4 years experience in either Confirmit, Nebu or EFS tool.
- Experience of Java Script, Html, Flash, MySQL or PHP would be a plus.
Job Requirement:
- Communicating with the clients as well as other teams with in organization to find the best solutions.
- Programming medium to high complexity surveys with accuracy, quality and efficiency, creating online reports/Reportal.
- Responsible for mentoring and guiding survey programmers.
- Solving logical problems.
- Involved in project kick-offs.
- Review the surveys programmed by juniors before delivery to make sure that client s expectations are met and to get error-free data.
- Best Practice Sharing with the team to improve the process/productivity.
- Identify needs and challenges faced by the team.
- Giving inputs to Managers on how things can be improved.
