Job Summary
  • Business Development Manager

    We are looking for someone who is resilient and strong in communication with a background in computer science and possesses at least basic knowledge of the IT industry with a minimum of 3 years experience.

    You will be responsible for driving the company sales by sourcing new clients and also by offering and extending continuous services for a longer duration to existing clients.


    Responsibilities

    • Generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable solutions
    • Generate business from online Bidding Portals like Upwork, PPH,etc.
    • Bid for Mobile Application Development, Web Development, and other projects..
    • Interact with International clients
    • Gathering and understanding project requirement, carrying out the brainstorming session
    • Drafting the proposal, proposing the suitable solution and making the presentation
    • Negotiate and close the sales of Mobile Apps and Web Development projects

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience as BDE or BDM in IT domain
    • Experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social media platforms
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Extensive sales experience
    • Have resourceful & outstanding research skills
    • Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar

    Who'll be preferred

    • Knowledge of CRM tools and software
    • Great networking skills
