Job Summary

Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with existing client relationships and a proven track record of success in selling IT Staffing Services. Your mission is to strategically identify potential clients who regularly utilize contract and/or contract-to-hire IT Staff augmentation services. You will be responsible for identifying new accounts, cultivating existing accounts, and continuously networking to enhance Novateur s reach in the IT Staffing market.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  • 5+ years of recent IT Staffing/Consulting Services Business Development
  • Successfully sold IT Staffing Services in excess of 1-3 crores in Gross Revenue Annually
  • Highly networked with strong social media presence
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Web-based graphical user interfaces
  • High degree of diligence and accountability
  • Competitive drive, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills in consultative settings, including experience with C-Level Executives and Business Owners
  • Ability to travel
