• Scrum Master:
• Professional Scrum certifications from Scrum Alliance (CSM, CSP, CSPO) or Scrum.org (PSM, PSPO, PSD) or PMI ( PMP, PMI-ACP)
• Coordinates and facilitates sprint/release planning meetings, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and demos
• Strong understanding of the SDLC
• Driving successful delivery by outlining expectations and structure for the scrum team.
• Emphasis around agile disciplines
• Focuses on resolving blockers to keep the team concentrated on the engineering tasks
• Experience as an Scrum Master with a 4-6 years of successful track record of implementing Agile methods and techniques. (e.g. Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban), experience with transitioning from waterfall/iterative to Agile Scrum methods
• Implementation experience of Scaling agile frameworks like Scrum of Scrums(SoS), SAFe,

Hands on experience in using Agile planning tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Version One etc.

• Conduct Agile classroom training (Foundational and Advanced) to various Scrum projects and portfolio teams
• Manage and guide project teams to ensure highest Agile standards are uniformly met across all projects/portfolio products
• Works with the Scrum teams to ensure product backlogs are prepared, refined, scoped and appropriately prioritized.
• Monitors various agile metrics, and share it with the leadership teams.
• Mentor and Coach project teams to implement agile practices for the selected release.
• Exposure of widely used successful Agile techniques like: TDD, ATDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Kanban, Pair Programming, Automated Testing.
• Good understanding of various reports/metrics and hand-on experience with Jira tool.

• A Scrum Expert
• Should have hands-on experience in delivering projects using agile practices such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe etc
• Should have played the role of a Scrum Master on multiple projects
• Should be able to conduct workshops on agile related topics
• At least 2 years' experience as an Agile Coach
• Coaches executives and stakeholders to align their expectations for working within an Agile environment
• Identifies methodology challenges and collaboratively creates solutions to continuously improve
• Acquires or generates knowledge repository content including approaches, techniques, processes, procedures, toolkits, role definitions and templates
• Mentors Scrum Masters and Product Owners on agile software development principles and practices, Scrum processes, team building, and facilitation
• Uses inspect and adapt with Scrum Masters, Product Owners and teams to continually improve performance and responsiveness
• Collaborates with teams, management, peers and other roles to establish understanding of shared responsibility and deliverables to ensure success relative to our Agile/Scrum process
• In collaboration with other Agile Coaches, manages the enterprise agile methodology knowledge repository
• Ability to drive the formation/transformation of high performance teams
• Ability to build effective high performing relationships and coalitions across businesses and functions
