Bachelor's Degree/MBA preferred in the relevant field
Distributor Handling Experience is a must
Proven track record in Sales, Business development and winning new business
Should be comfortable with extensive traveling
Preferred experiences from FMCG / FMCD / Telecom or companies with field sales structure (Startup experience is an additional advantage)
Intermediate skills in Excel (PIVOTS, VLOOKUPs etc)
Local linguistic proficiency is Mandatory (Kannada in this case)
