Key Responsibilities:
Core:
- Responsible for in house Repairs of Digital Cameras, DSLR & LENSES, service operation function, meeting KPI Norms, Customer Satisfaction, control measures.
- Troubleshooting, Repair & Servicing of Imaging Products in Company s own Service Centre
- Achieving productivity by Quick Resolution of customer problem by repairing each category wisely and asap to achieve the Targets
- Handling customer queries/escalation over telephone/personally
- Controlling of TAT and other service parameters
- Controlling of part consumption by precise troubleshooting & identification of faults
- Identifying/Controlling repeat cases & making appropriate action plan to avoid the same
- Responsible for Quality Control of Repaired products
- Build & maintain positive customer relationship
