Mission Statement:
Field Service Engineering work is focused on providing technical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment including: Identifying and correcting more complex problems associated with start-up. Researching, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs. Developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future business. May resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and/or train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
Your Responsibilities:
Co-ordination with allied departments for job preparation.
Planning and scheduling of day-to-day work on the site in line with customer need and site conditions
Conducting tests in accordance with contracts, quality/IS/IEC Standards with safety requirements.
Preparing Test reports, analyze the results and take corrective actions and get approval from customers.
Preventive and corrective action at site for equipment.
Ensure reliability of test performance.
Maintain and generate records and prepare documents as per requirement.
Fault investigation in transformer.
Suggestions for improvement.

Your Background:
BE/Diploma in electrical engineering.
4 - 5 years experience in the Transformer Testing, assembly.
Experience in testing HVDC transformers will be an added advantage.
Excellent Knowledge about relevant Standard ( i.e. IEC , ISO , IEEE)
Automation, PLC programming, Fibre Optics, ModBus Communication, IEC61850
Expert in handling all LV and HV Test equipment.
Basic Computer skill in MS Office, SAP
Excellent communication skills. Teamwork
Self-motivated, proactive, fast learner, problem solver.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required .
Qualification : BE/Diploma in electrical engineering.
