Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with your team to safeguard the quality of all aspects of the teams deliveries.
  • Coordinate with the international Nice QA team to facilitate E2E testing of all aspects of the product
  • Understand business requirement, do impact/risk assessments and derive effective test coverage following ISTQB guidelines
  • Create effective functional and non-functional test cases based on the risk assessment and take ownership of all aspects required for their execution such as
    • Building a representative test environment
    • Compiling and managing effective test data for all in scope test cases
    • Do thorough impact analysis & regular optimization of regression suite to select the effective set for execution
  • Design, develop and execute automation scripts both within Selenium or existing automation framework and take ownership for the execution/maintenance of the same.
  • Troubleshoot and identify complex issues and take ownership for ensuring their resolution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer science or equivalent
  • 8 to 10 Years QA working experience preferably on Back End systems.
  • Good understanding of OS and networking concepts
  • Working knowledge of Automation Tools like Selenium / Scripting (Python/VB/Java) etc.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools like JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo and Bitbucket
  • Minimum of 5 years experience testing in an Agile Scrum environment
  • Working knowledge of AWS , Jenkins and Maven
  • Experience working with Linux
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Trading Domain knowledge would be an added advantage
  • Proven track record in Exploratory testing of complex systems
  • Excellent English and experience in working in international teams are required.
  • Self-motivated and fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and drive
