Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Instructional Designer
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Education Qualification: Any Graduate. A Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Journalism or Mass Communication / English Literature or Instructional Design is a must
Location: Pune
Job Profile & Required Skills:
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of Instructional Design theories and models.
- Demonstrate creativity with good visualization, instructional and analytical skills.
- Exhibit use of instructional design strategies in a various modes of learning, including instructor-led, web-based and virtual training.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Mentor, train new joiners in Instructional Design, Content Management and E-learning Development.
- Communicate with clients and Subject Matter Experts (SME).
- Create learning solutions designs based on sound grasp of client requirements.
- Lead, manage and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Be responsible for creating and reviewing content and ensuring that project timelines are adhered.
- Develop Prototypes for WBTs, ILTs, CBTs and VILTs.
- Ensure ID processes are followed systematically.
- Collaborate with members of the Learning team to determine training needs, design proposed solutions and develop training programs.
- Conduct reviews to ensure course completeness.
- Conduct quality checks to meet client expectations.
- Coordinate closely with graphic designers, software developers & PMs to meet client expectations
