Roles & Responsibilities :
* Creating instructional approaches and storyboards for projects.
* Scripting demos and prototypes for projects at kick off.
* Conducting storyboard reviews and mentoring team members.
* Interacting with design and production teams to ensure quality of deliverables.
* Suggesting improvements for processes within the instructional design phase.
* Working with sales teams, project managers and account managers to create effective instructional design approaches for client proposals.
* Have knowledge of industry standards, such as AICC, SCORM & 503.
* Have good knowledge of Instructional Design and Story boarding. This includes ability to research, analyze, design, develop, customize instructional materials for WBT/CBT/ILT.
