Job Summary Job Overview: Responsible for sales from existing customers.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Resolve phone and email customer inquiries.
  • Identify customer needs.
  • Forward and escalate inquiries to relevant persons.
  • Contact customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
  • Process and track customer claims to ensure claims are resolved timely.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Follow up with customers on receivables
  • Maintain broad knowledge of customer products and services.
  • Update customer information as required.
  • Work within various teams to ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Schedule customer deliveries.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Perform other duties as the need arises.
Work Schedules & Conditions:
  • Full-time Schedule Monday to Saturday 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
  • Extended (Holidays, Weekends, Evenings) working hours may be required to support NAVPL business operations, depending on schedule of events.
  • Internal Contacts: Daily contact with associates at Warehouse and Head Office in Delhi.
  • External Contacts: Frequent contact with customers
Education/Experience (Minimum)

Diploma/Graduate with min. 3-5 years experience in similar role.
Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - Customer Service skill with 3+ years experience
  • Required - Bachelor's or higher education
