Job Summary:
Designation: Customer Service Executive
Process: Voice Process
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Salary: 15k to 23k
Location: Thane, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai City
Responsibilities and Duties:
The primary responsibilities is to handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries.
Candidate should be enthusiastic to learn new things every time.
Meeting up to target.
Candidates must have multi-tasking ability
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Qualification: HSC /Graduate (Freshers).
Candidates with Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi are required.
Should also have a clear view of what the current market trend is.
Should be flexible enough to adapt to any environment or changes happening in the sector.
Good Customer service & phone etiquette skills.
We require decent typing speed with accuracy.
Willing to work in any shifts.
