Technical Product Owner Job in Gainwell Technologies Llc

Summary We re looking for a high-performing and self-motivated Technical Product Owner with strong Healthcare software solution expertise to join our product development team and drive critical initiatives at Gainwell technologies. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, infrastructure and product teams, and involves ongoing interaction with a variety of end-users and internal stakeholders. Your role in our mission Work as a member of a large scrum team and have the technical credibility to drive constructive discussions and decisions on priority, interdependencies, and related processes. Translate high level requirements into products and product features. Create work items in stories in backlog. Work closely with engineering and QA to validate that the work item meets acceptance criteria. Develop user stories from solution architect s design and customer requirements including details of the data interfaces within the different layers of the data platform. Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders and create requirements that meet the product and business needs/vision. Prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. Bring technical expertise to key initiatives such as 3rd party application integrations, user administration & management, user authentication, platform security initiatives, etc. Collaborate with Engineering & Product Managers on resources, scope, prioritization, processes, and deliverables. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with a preferred area of study in technology, business, project management. 9+ years of total experience in IT. 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Technical Product owner or Technical business analyst. 5+ years of experience in US healthcare. Experience in AWS implementations. AWS solution architect certification is preferred. Preference candidates with: Healthcare domain (Medicaid).
