Job Summary Interact with the heads and Managers to implement the defined roadmap. Assist head of function. Build Knowledge Repository Components Conduct solution walkthroughs for the client teams Work as a value adding link between business analyst and process specialist Facilitate achievements of business objectives through effective implementation of the methodologies Lead and guide team of process designers and process consultants. Give technical guidance to process team and perform the design / workflow reviews from time to time.Minimum Requirements

Extremely Good Oral / Written communication skills Good Analytical skills Excellent presentation skills Knowledge of process modeling Tools like ARIS, VISIO Ability to analyse the exact customer requirements Proficiency in Data gathering and managment Ability to work at detailed level to solve the complex problem / customer queries Able to conduct Solution walkthroughs Project Management Time Management Quality Mangement Creativity in building solutions Self motivation and team orientation Inquisitiveness and Objectivity

Qualification

B.B.A, MBA/PGDM
Experience Required :

9 to 12 Years
