Job Summary

Area of Experience:


  • Product Sales in the CAD, ERP, PLM, BIM or EDM space
  • Alternatively, Candidates with experience of selling Plant Design Software like CADWorx Plant, PDMS, SmartPlant, Cadmatic, AutoPlant/ OpenPlant or other similar products will be preferred

Background & Skills:


  • BE (preferably from the Mechanical / Chemical discipline) and MBA (optional)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Proven experience and interest in target oriented sales
  • Necessary it skills for operating in a sales environment
  • Good understanding of various business development processes
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
  • Aptitude for delivering convincing presentations
  • Collaborative mindset - To join forces with other internal teams

Responsibilities:


  • As part of the technical sales function, candidate will be required to gain knowledge regarding various offerings from our Solutions Group
  • Consulting our clients for their specific requirements
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities (business development) through cold calling, professional networking and references
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and initiating the sales process
  • Provide the required presales assistance in coordination with application engineers
  • Supporting various marketing activities for the Neilsoft Solutions Group
  • Preparation and submission of techno-commercial proposals
  • Building rapport and long term relationships with stake holders at the client s end
  • Post sales coordination and AMC follow-ups
  • Achieving designated targets for the territory
  • Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the Solutions Group

Qualification :
B.E. / B.Tech
Experience Required :

2 to 4 Years
