We are currently hiring an Associate Process Lead in the Background Verification department (operations).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Manage Associate Team leads, QA Team and Staff for the assigned project.
- Make sure promised SLAs are always met. (KPI)
- Proactively identify performance gaps and execute actions to ensure all targets are achieved.
- Conduct daily and weekly coaching sessions to ensure that the team members are able to achieve actual performance better than the goals set for them.
- Manage absenteeism, tardiness, productivity and quality of team. (KPI)
- Suggest Disciplinary actions for non-performing Individuals.
- Handle escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary. Ensures they are all resolved with high quality and customer satisfaction level. (KPI)
- Establish proactive partnerships with all key stakeholders internally and on client side.
- Plan delivery for the day considering variation in workload & availability of staff.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly and annual reports for internal and client consumption. (KPI)
- Facilitate Succession Plan Implementation (Minimum 2 hours per week on Mentoring Hypos) (KPI)
- Performs Root Cause Analysis on errors.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Willing to work in Pune in Night Shift.
- Strong analytical skills; very detail-oriented.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity
- Organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success
- Excellent English communication and listening skills. (Especially phone and email communication)
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, as well as independently on various projects
- Hands-on experience applying the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and state laws to the information obtained from the public record searches.
- Overall experience of 3-7 years.
- Experience in handling team
- Excellent command on spoken and written English.
- Willing to work extended hours if required.
