Job Summary Job Details: Job Title:- Senior Quality Analyst Lead/Associate Quality Analyst Manager (Quality Assurance) Type of Position:- FTE Experience:- 10-12 years Job Location:- Pune Hybrid Model Roles and Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and implementing systematic test plans. You will collaborate with software developers and project supports to determine project scope and requirements. Responsible for the overall Test Delivery of multiple modules in Healthcare Products. Working closely with Project Managers & Delivery Managers. Involve in Budgeting, Resource planning, tracking schedules throughout the project and delivering high quality products on time and within budget. Involve in Performance Management, Mentoring & Coaching team members Monitoring Delivery Performance through independent audits, assessments, and reviews Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications. Perform various types of testing, including functional testing, regression testing, system integration testing, and performance testing. Identify, analyze, and report software defects and issues using bug tracking tools, and collaborate with the development team to ensure their resolution. Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent similar issues in the future. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective test strategies. Lead and provide guidance to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies and tools, and recommend their adoption to enhance the overall quality assurance process. Collaborate with the development team to ensure continuous integration and delivery practices are followed, promoting a culture of quality throughout the software development life cycle. Technical Competency: Must have an expertise on Selenium and other Automation Testing Tools. Should have prior knowledge and experience in testing Mobile Devices, Web Site. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail). Experience in designing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios. Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., TOSCA, Selenium, Load runner, JMeter, JUnit, TestNG). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative testing solutions. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate complex technical concepts. Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus. Functional Competency: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related Should be capable of leading a team of 20 QA team Must be able to lead the team to deliver the products / projects that aligns with the client requirements Should be a critical Must have had the experience of contributing during the requirement analysis and documentation process. Experience in Leading testing domain with experience in Spearheading a testing team of 20+ members involved in delivery of concurrent releases for various projects.
