Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Role Purpose:

The EA is a person who is obsessed with follow through, gets things done, works effectively across the organization and focuses on simplification. This is a dynamic and scalable role that serves as a trusted go-to resource for our CEO. This position reports directly to the CEO providing organizational and strategic support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the CEO in all the aspects of business and be a part of team who act as a SPOC for the CEO
  • Support the CEO in developing Strategies & executing plans through research, analysis of Information & clear presentation of facts & considerations. Also managing and organizing meetings & drafting minutes of meeting, follow up.
  • Represent the CEO India when they are not available and providing a bridge for communication between the Sr. leadership teams & Stakeholders. Manage information for internal and external communication memos, presentations, emails and reports.
  • Understanding various business needs and preparing reports based on sound analysis
  • Forecasting and monitoring market trends, gathering consumer data, carrying out necessary data analysis and preparing reports for management
  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response
  • Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • To be able to multitask with various stakeholders and coordinate for events taking place simultaneously in a high pressure environment

  • Assist the Leadership Team with reporting, headcount management, financial budgeting, in partnership with Finance and People and Culture teams
  • Drive continuous improvement of operational processes with a focus on simplification

Functional Skills:

Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint, and ability to extract reports from systems

Organizational skills and attention to detail





Qualification :
Any Graduate in Any Specialization
Experience Required :

2 to 6 Years
