Job Summary

Experience - 15 to 20 yrs
Qualification - Chartered Accountant (CA)
Salary Package - 18 to 20 lacs pa Plus monthly incentives

Responsibilities :

  • Oversees Accounting department, budget preparation, and audit functions.
  • Heading accounts functions involving determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control.
  • The setting and supervising of appropriate tax controls, so that all statutory obligations are fully met on a timely basis.
  • Liaising with statutory / internal auditors & insurance companies etc for timely completion of audits as well as implementation of audit observations.
  • Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
  • Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.
  • Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales, financial growth & development of the Company.
  • Overseas investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion, Refinance of existing loans, etc.
  • Business development for products, technology management and implementation, finance procurement.

    • Skill sets required :

  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems.
