Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional with over 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion, BIP Reports, and database management, particularly within finance modules. You will bring your expertise in application development, SQL, and PL/SQL, along with a deep understanding of Oracle RDBMS concepts to contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in Oracle Fusion, BIP Reports, and related database expertise, particularly in finance modules (PO, AP, AR, FA, GL).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Oracle RDBMS, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with writing complex SQL queries.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle architecture and underlying tables in financial modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle data security concepts.
  • Practical experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Functional Knowledge:
  • In-depth understanding of the business processes within PO, AP, AR, FA, and GL modules.
  • Ability to optimize data flow in financial systems.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate strategies and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to gather business requirements, develop strategies, and implement solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues, providing innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction:
  • Understand clients business use cases and technical requirements, translating them into elegant technical designs.
  • Map client decisions to specific requirements and translate these into development tasks.
  • Identify and evaluate multiple solutions, selecting the best fit for client needs.
• Design & Architecture:
  • Define and establish guidelines for non-functional requirements (NFRs) during project implementation.
  • Write and review comprehensive design documents, explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design.
  • Review architecture for scalability, extensibility, security, and user experience, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Technology Integration & Problem Solving:
  • Apply technology integration knowledge to real-world project scenarios.
  • Resolve issues through systematic analysis of root causes and justify design decisions.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) activities to ensure proposed designs/technologies meet project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
