• 10-13 years of overallexperience in analysis, consulting, cross-group collaboration skills and DigitalMarketing functional expert
• Crystal clearunderstanding of the domains you have worked in and the ability to deep diveinto any new modules
• Experience of workingwith a diverse set of clients in different industries
• Experience of working inone or more of following functions: management consulting, technologyconsulting, advance analytics and machine learning, process digitization,digital sales enablement, business transformation, sales and distributiontransformation and customer experience
• In-depth knowledge ofmarket requirements, regulations and client types in these markets.
• Breadth of experience acrossdiverse fields like technology, strategy, operations, finance and regulatoryimplementations
• Experience inunderstanding and documenting requirements for complex and highly technicaldevelopment projects.
• Strong problem-solvingskills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
• Ability to multitaskacross multiple projects or accounts simultaneously in a globally distributeddelivery setup.
• Excellent communicationskills with the ability to influence business stakeholders at C-suite level onproduct and strategy decision
• Excellent consultingskills that provides thought leadership and innovative solutions to yourclients

• Maintaining and enhancingthe current available frameworks and accelerators
• Interacting with otherCenter of Competence (CoE) architects and teams, and providing solutions from asoftware perspective
• Gathering business andfunctional requirements
• Developing requirementsdocuments: goal model, functional modelling, business process, customerinteractions/wire frames; writing high level user requirements (Epics and UserStories)
• Analyzing applications,both pre-production and post-production
• Participating in processstudies or pre-sales process of responding to RFI, RFPs and proposals
• Leading business andtechnical analysis sessions to support new development efforts to meet currentand projected business needs
• Quickly understanding thebusiness issues and data challenges of clients organization and industry
• Providing expertise onthe systems capabilities/limitations as it relates to business goals
• Preparing impact andopportunity assessments regarding the cost/benefit of proposed projects
• Aligning stakeholders onbusiness requirements, system requirements, program functions and strategy
• Preparing use cases andformal requirements documentation
• Driving theimplementation of technology and process solutions from concept to completion
• Providing analysis andsupport for the project management, application development, and QA teamsthroughout the development lifecycle
• Acting as a liaisonbetween the technology department and other business units
• Assisting in enforcementof project deadlines and schedules
• Good understanding ofclients accounts, client database and business projects
