WHAT MAKESYOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS ROLE:

  • 10-13years of overall experience in digital technology and consumer experience witha strong background in core digital retail areas
  • Must have domainknowledge and experience: Retail & CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) AND OmnichannelCommerce
  • Experienceof digital retail landscape including topics such as Inventory, Merchandising,Allocation, Replenishment, Order Management, Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics,Promotions, Pricing, Point of Sale, Warehouse Management
  • Experienceof digital solutions for consumer experience such as eCommerce, Content,Marketing, UX, Social Media, SEO, Mobile etc.
  • Crystalclear understanding of the domains you have worked in and the ability to deepdive into any new modules
  • Experienceof working with a diverse set of clients in different industries
  • Experienceof working in one or more of following functions: management consulting,technology consulting, process digitization, digital sales enablement, businesstransformation, sales and distribution transformation and customer experience
  • In-depthknowledge of market requirements, regulations and client types in thesemarkets.
  • Breadth ofexperience across diverse fields like technology, strategy, operations, financeand regulatory implementations
  • Experiencein understanding and documenting requirements for complex and highly technicaldevelopment projects
  • Strongproblem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative andefficient solutions
  • Ability tomultitask across multiple projects or accounts simultaneously in a globallydistributed delivery setup.
  • Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to influence business stakeholders atC-suite level on product and strategy decision
  • Excellentconsulting skills that provides thought leadership and innovative solutions toyour clients
  • MBA from a reputed institute is preferred

WHAT AREYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete bid ownership with an entrepreneurialmindset
  • Crafting a customized proposal and adifferentiated storyline - keeping the client requirements, competition andorganizations core strengths in mind
  • Maintainingand enhancing the current availableframeworks and accelerators and creating new ones as per the need
  • Interactingwith other Center of Excellence (CoE) architects and teams, and providingsolutions from a software perspective
  • Gatheringbusiness and functional requirements, identifying the client's pain areas/businessproblems, come out with multiple solution options and propose optimal solutionto the client
  • Participatingin process studies or pre-sales process of responding to RFI, RFPs andproposals
  • Creatingnew/original collateral
  • Leading businessand technical analysis sessions to support new development efforts to meetcurrent and projected business needs
  • Quicklyunderstanding the business issues and data challenges of clients organizationand industry
  • Providingexpertise on the systems capabilities/limitations as it relates to businessgoals
  • Preparingimpact and opportunity assessments regarding the cost/benefit of proposedprojects
  • Aligningstakeholders on business requirements, system requirements, program functionsand strategy
  • End-to-end management of small as well aslarge bids
  • Goodunderstanding of clients accounts, client database and business projects
