Role in the current company :

• Team handling
• Ensure effective and mutually beneficial relationships are developed
• Work as a collaborative and supportive team member
• Determine CRM reporting requirements
• Coordinate the development of reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and assist users with report design and management.
• Through leadership, effectively manage the workload of the team; providing guidance and support in the establishment & management of work priorities.

Essentials :

• Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in documentation, training and functional requirements
• Demonstrable experience managing a team with direct reports; and priortising their workload.
• Ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team
• Self-motivated, organised and able to operate with minimal supervision
• Follow all reasonable directions given by the organisation
• Support and empower co-workers

Desirable :
