Skillset :

1. Strong knowledge of .Net, Java, Python

2. Hands on of multiple database environments , Oracle, MySQL, MS-SQL, MongoDB

3. Working knowldege of Kubernetes , IIS and Tomcat

2. Problem Solving Skills

3. Very well versed with SDLC concept

4. Hands on Shell Script and Cloud Computing Like AWS,Azure,Open stack

5. Added advantage of OpenSource Technologies Like Redis, Node.js and React.js, Kibana, Elastic Search

6. Knowledge and use of various monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Sitescope and Solman etc.

7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

8. Listening ability and patience

Education Qualification : BE / MCA

Experience : 6 to 10 years

WFH AS OF UNTIL THIS PANDEMIC


Candidate will be

  • Working in a 24*7 Application IT support, and will be responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across a business.
  • Possessing knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software
  • Providing application operation support to teams, users
  • Assisting with systems integrations
  • Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Following Change Management/Release Management/Incident Management/Problem Management process for day-to-day activities
  • Using the various monitoring tools to check health of IT systems



Qualification :
B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
Experience Required :

7 to 12 Years
