2+ years of experience as an HR in IT companies or Software Development firms.
Require excellent communication skills.
Experience in IT Recruitment Life cycle, Employee Induction & Joining Process.
Experience in Employee Engagement activities.
Experience in Exit Formalities, overall HR functions
Knowledge of Employee related guidelines & law will be an advantage
Minimum qualification requirement
