Job Summary

This is a remote position.

MyOperator is being used by over a lakh users and thousands of website visitors every month. The design manager would be responsible for providing the best experience for Website visitors and clients. As a growing SAAS product, MyOperator wants to give its clients & users the best experience. The design manager should ensure all the products, websites & communication with clients should have a consistent and best experience. Developing brand & design guides according to brand positioning and providing everything moves aligned with the same design.
Over 6000 business clients and over one lakh business users in India and the globe use MyOperator. As a growing company, we should lead in setting an example of great design.

  • Develop & design the strategies & set brand design style guide to be followed by the entire design team along with Product & Marketing teams. The style guide would set the design benchmark for Product, Website, and all client communication.
  • Manage the designers team to ensure better performance from the team for different Product and Marketing functions. Set new guidelines for the team s functioning. Evaluate design performance and set new benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with the Product & Marketing team to deliver design strategies, gather new requirements, assign team members, and monitor deliverables.
  • Design research to continually improve our design benchmarks, maintaining consistency. Constant documentation of guidelines and style guides.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in designing digital products.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing design teams.
  • Experience in designing style guides and brand design, working with digital products and websites.
  • Strong knowledge of user experience and design principles, along with various design tools.
