We are seeking an experienced Ed Tech Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-6
years of instructional designing experience in the education technology industry. As an Instructional Designer, you will
play a crucial role in developing high-quality educational content and implementing effective learning strategies.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop engaging instructional materials, courses, and modules for our Ed Tech platform.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and create effective learning
experiences.
Apply instructional design principles to design and deliver engaging and learner-centered content.
Ensure alignment of content with educational standards and best practices.
Manage and lead a team of instructional designers, providing guidance and support.
Conduct quality assurance checks on instructional materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in educational technology and instructional design.
Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience of 5-6 years in instructional designing within the Ed Tech industry.
Strong knowledge of instructional design models, theories, and methodologies.
Excellent project management and team management skills.
Familiarity with Agile project management methodology is an advantage.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
