The person should be responsible for maintaining basic HR functions in the company, and also extending support to other departments
Responsibilities and Duties
Screening of candidates, recruitment, and selection of candidates
- Documentation/Completion of joining formalities
- Counselling of new joiners and mentoring them
- Office operations, admin and record-keeping
- Attendance management, performance appraisal
- Department coordination, and handling reporting management
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in capacity of handling HR role (Exceptional freshers with positive attitude and zeal to learn may apply).
- Qualification Graduation/Post Graduation
- Go-getter approach
- Good English communication
- Leadership skills, and can performance with multi-streaming efforts
