Person should be responsible for managing day to day process driven operations of the organization in context to the strategy planning of the organization. Following will be the responsible areas

Responsibilities and Duties

Coordinating with different departments across to ensure the operations runs smooth
Implementation of organization strategies as per provided plan of work and actions
Reports management and analysis
Team coordination and directions handling
Scale and achieve organization goals with higher level of advance efforts

Required Experience and Qualifications

Carry an ability to work with a start-up, with positive attitude towards directed goals
Go-getter approach towards the role/position
Team management and leading ability
Graduation/Post graduation in any business management field
Work experience in a process driven organization would be an added advantage to acquire this job role.
