Senior Manager, Market Access Job in Msd Pharmaceuticals Private Limited

Functional Responsibilities-

• Develop and sustain working relationships with senior stakeholders of targeted state govt. payer groups and position and represent our company for Therapy Value partnership.
• Partner with Business Units & Public market teams toward accelerated access of new launches in the key state / regional govt. tender shaping and help in removing administrative access barriers for our company's therapies.
• Support engagements with State level payers and state cluster s understanding of Funding & Financing solutions by conducting trainings and workshops.
• Identify opportunities of utilizing innovative funding / financing projects as a lever to increase affordability for patients in the public and the OOP markets.
• Work with partners to develop innovative health insurance products, gather evidence and conduct analyses to design health benefit package for public & private insurance projects.
• Co- create, design and implement the Value based health Care (VBHC) pilots in priority states.
• Advocacy and partnership for VBHC at State level access forums.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have strong marketing skills as well as business capabilities

• Relevant Postgraduate degree required- MBA, MHA, MPH, Public Policy or equivalent preferred
• Preferred background in market access in health care / pharma
• Premier Institute preferred
• Strong collaboration & influencing skills, ability to build strong network with both internal partners and external stakeholders.
