Job Summary
Technical Lead
Trivandrum and Kochi
(6+ years of experience in Technical Architect role)
Reporting to: CTO
Type of Role: Team Management
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with the leadership team and plan the roadmap for developing software products/services
- Analyse, design, code the software product to meet the specifications suggested by the market/customer/internal product team
- End to end feature development by self and with support from the team assigned to you
- Write, review and release high performance and modular code
- Manage a team of people and ensure completion of deliverables as per schedule
- Be responsible for team deliverables, mentoring, overall development and engagement of the team
Candidate Profile & Skills required
- Bachelors or Masters in engineering, preferably related to Computer science
- 6+ years of IT industry experience in enterprise software development
- Expert in Java/J2EE technologies with a solid grasp of spring technologies
- Familiar with NodeJS, ReactJS/AngularJS technology stacks
- Ready to rapidly learn new technologies and apply them in R&D projects
- Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms
- Experience in the Retail/e-Commerce industry and product engineering background is a plus
