Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with product teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of software products
- Identify documentation requirements and create high-quality product documentation
- Create easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
- Create product tutorials to help end-users
- Develop whitepapers, blog content etc. for the software products team
Candidate Profile & Skills required
- Minimum 4 years of industry experience as technical writer
- Minimum 1 year experience in creating software product documentation
- Ability to deliver high quality technical documentation paying attention to detail
- Excellent written skills in English
- Basic familiarity with software development process & agile methodologies
