Senior Tech Writer Job in Cogniphi Technologies Pvt Ltd

Your Responsibilities

• Driving end to end Technology, Product and Marketing content creation and deployment across various channels.
• Liaising with global stakeholders (clients and partners) for technical documentations, promotional as well as customer product documentations.
• Participate in the Agile product development process as a member of multiple cross functional teams to develop an understanding of product requirements.
• Responsible for documentation process development and suggesting procedural enhancements and efficiencies.
• Driving content propagation for brand awareness, marketing and recruitment drives.
• Help define efficient processes that streamline the way we work.

You Must Have

• A portfolio of work that demonstrates excellent writing skills
• Over 8+ years experience with minimum 2 years experience in IT industry
• Knowledge of documentation process, including writing, editing, graphics, production, Help authoring and information design.
• Confident writing, editing, collaboration, and communication skills.
