Job Summary

Purpose of RoleResponsible for managing assignedno. of bank branch/POS and drive targets for broking accounts and revenue withthe help of channel partnerKey Responsibilities- To Achieve pre budgeted monthlySales of 75 Demat A/C depending on the locations & monthly revenue.-To ensure rollout of all thepromotional and contest programseffectively.- Co-ordinate and conduct thetraining of Partners/bank employees.- Supporting the channel partneron joint calls as per requirement.- To reach out to allottedbranches/POS as per the route plan- Responsible for Activating andupscaling the POS/Br.- Follow and submit the dailyweekly and monthly MIS- To have absolute product andsales process knowledge proficiencyKNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Knowledge of broking , CapitalMarkets, Banking-Last 3yrs from same location, Graduate,>2Yrs. Experience in Sales, channel, for BFSI Products/services-Preferredbroking
