Assistant Manager - Customer Relationship Management

Headquarter: - New Delhi

Reporting Manager: - Managing Director

Purpose of the Position: The purpose of the position is to coordinate with our channel partners for performing a number of operational and administrative tasks.

The position is required to track all open tasks and ensure closure or compliance of the same.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Generation of Leads and qualifying the leads.

2. Addition of new customers / product information into the CRM system, if data isn t available.

3. Call existing customers and distributors and close the issues, if any in- coordination with sales team.

4. Escalate any complaints.

5. Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager


The responsibilities may be reviewed / added as per company requirements from time to time.


Qualification :

Education

UG:B.A in Any Specialization,B.Sc in Any Specialization

PG:MS/M.Sc(Science) in Any Specialization,M.A in Any Specialization

Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required,Any Doctorate

Experience Required :

8 to 10 Years
