Job Summary
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in compliance management, with a focus on ISO 27001 and TISAX.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of ISO 27001 and TISAX frameworks, requirements, and implementation best practices.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with other relevant compliance frameworks and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and developing compliance strategies and plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex compliance concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
