Responsibilities: 1) Collaborate closely with our new customers to understand their unique problem statements, decipher their business context, and immerse yourself in their industry. 2) Bring your innovative thinking and technical expertise to the table, crafting groundbreaking solutions that push the boundaries of traditional testing approaches. 3)Utilize Moolya s expert test enthusiasts, talented consultants, and cutting-edge tools and platforms to create comprehensive solutions that address customer challenges. 4)Develop a structured framework for seamless solution deployment, efficient management, meticulous measurement, and insightful reporting. 5)Create compelling proof-of-concepts (POCs) that showcase the capabilities of our technology and domain expertise, demonstrating the value of our solutions. 6)Provide guidance and support to delivery teams, ensuring the successful implementation of your visionary solutions. 7)Participate in customer meetings to gather feedback, understand their evolving needs, and build strong relationships. 8)Continuously explore customer accounts, uncovering hidden problem statements, and driving innovative solutions that deliver tangible business impact. Requirements: 1)Possess a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience, with a strong focus on exploratory testing and solutions architecture. 2)Demonstrate at least 6+ years of hands-on experience as an Exploratory Testing (ET) engineer architect, actively involved in designing and implementing ET strategies and solutions. 3)Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, showcasing your ability to design and execute comprehensive solutions. Strong proficiency in designing and implementing effective test strategies and solutions. 4) Solid customer interface experience, with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide practical solutions. 5) Experience in creating proposals and delivering impactful solutions. 6)Familiarity with CDT, ET, and other Moolya frameworks is an advantage.
