Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Enhance Machine Learning Models: Design and implement machine learning systems based on business requirements, including selecting appropriate datasets and data representations.

  • Conduct Research and Analysis: Stay up to date with developments in machine learning and AI, researching and integrating new algorithms and tools into existing systems.

  • Optimize Performance: Fine-tune machine learning applications through rigorous testing and statistical analysis, continually refining and retraining systems as needed.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, product development, and other internal teams to align technical efforts with business goals and drive system improvements.

  • Hands-On Development: Actively contribute as a software developer, applying your technical expertise to extend existing libraries, frameworks, and platforms.

  • Contribute to Open Source: Leverage and contribute to open-source technologies and projects to enhance the platform and stay aligned with industry advancements.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in data science, with a minimum of 3 years applying AI, machine learning (ML), and deep learning (DL) algorithms in real-world applications.

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
    • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as Keras or PyTorch and libraries like scikit-learn.
    • Deep knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and algorithms.
    • Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, R, and Matlab.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to resolve complex technical challenges creatively.

  • Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with open-source toolchains and technologies, and the ability to contribute to the open-source community.


Qualification :
Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and/or Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent. Master degree is preferable.
